1. About FlowLight

FlowLight is a social platform for discovering and sharing real moments from places and experiences around you. FlowLight is designed to keep the focus on the moment itself rather than on polished or heavily edited content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowLight. If you are under the age required by applicable law to enter into an agreement, you may use FlowLight only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use FlowLight if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide when creating your account and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Please keep your account information accurate and up to date. You may not impersonate another person or create an account using information intended to deceive other users.

4. Your Moments and Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other content you create and share through FlowLight, subject to the rights you grant to FlowLight in these Terms.

When you make content available through FlowLight, you grant FlowLight a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the FlowLight service.

The scope of this license corresponds to the visibility and sharing choices you make in FlowLight. Public content may be displayed to other FlowLight users and may be accessible through features designed to share or display public moments.

5. Real Moments and Authenticity

FlowLight is built around real moments and authentic perspectives. You agree not to intentionally misrepresent where, when, or how a moment was captured in a way that is deceptive or harmful to others.

You may not use FlowLight to create or distribute content that falsely presents AI-generated or manipulated material as an authentic moment when doing so is deceptive or violates another person

6. Prohibited Use

You may use FlowLight only for lawful purposes. You may not use FlowLight to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person;
• publish content that is unlawful or that facilitates illegal activity;
• share another person
• impersonate another person, organization, or entity;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to FlowLight, another user
• use automated systems to scrape, collect, or access FlowLight in ways that are not authorized by us;
• upload malicious code or content designed to interfere with the service or other users; or
• infringe another person

7. Location Information

Some FlowLight features use location information to help you discover moments around you. Location visibility may depend on the choices you make when sharing a moment and on the features available in FlowLight.

You should avoid sharing a precise location when doing so could reveal information you do not want others to know. Our Privacy Policy explains how FlowLight handles location and other personal information.

8. Content Moderation

We may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content or accounts when we reasonably believe that content or activity violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of FlowLight.

If you believe content or an account violates these Terms, please use the reporting or support mechanisms made available by FlowLight.

9. FlowLight Intellectual Property

FlowLight and its associated software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, and other materials are owned by or licensed to FlowLight and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from FlowLight or its proprietary materials.

10. Third-Party Services

FlowLight may rely on third-party services, platforms, infrastructure, or integrations. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability may affect some FlowLight features.

11. Service Availability

We work to keep FlowLight available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using FlowLight at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to FlowLight when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights, including when an account violates these Terms or applicable law.

13. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlowLight is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as FlowLight evolves or as legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through reasonable means. Your continued use of FlowLight after an updated version becomes effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Any governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, arbitration, or class-action provisions will be added or updated as appropriate for the jurisdictions in which FlowLight operates.
